Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

One (1) Year from date of purchase
Warranty Coverage: This product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use, repairs by unauthorized personnel or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA, and does not extend to any units which have been used in violation of written instructions furnished by manufacturer or to units which have been altered or modified or to damage to products or parts thereof which have had the serial number removed, altered, defaced or rendered illegible.

Warranty Disclaimers:

This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for manufacturer any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. There shall be no claims for defects or failure under any theory of tort, contractor commercial law including, but not limited to, negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of contract.

This warranty does not apply as manufacturing defects:

• Colors may vary slightly from the photo because resolution of photography and printing tolerances.
• Foam will harder or softens slightly.
• There are no exchanges or refunds on any mattress, pillows or toppers sold due to hygiene concern.

This warranty does not apply for any of the following conditions:

1. Improper maintenance or improper use resulting in damage.
2. Any damage caused by abuse or neglect or misuse of product in a way that it was not intended
3. Any product modifications by dealer, consumer, or other parties not authorized by New Spec will void this warranty. ) if there has been any repair or replacement previously by an unauthorized person or company
4. Furniture used in a commercial or non-residential setting, does not cover any industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental use.
5. Floor samples sold or products designated “AS IS” at the time of purchase are not covered by the warranty.
6. Warranty does not cover minor variations or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture.
7. Any furniture that was improperly maintained, including but not limited to: the use of harsh chemicals, water damage, pet damage, mold, fabric fading or discoloration due to exposure to the elements, the use of incorrect bed support systems or bed frames.
8. Damages incurred during transportation. Cost of packaging and shipping to and from New Spec is not covered by the warranty
9. Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
10. Normal wear and tear including but not limited to piling, wrinkling, seam separation and foam cushion settling. Natural wood grand characteristics including knots, cracks as well as color fastness or dye lot variations
11. Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance and any product found to be in an unreasonably unsanitary condition
12. Damages incurred by accidents or abuse. Additional conditions for warranty on upholstery are listed on the attached addendum.

Upholstery Limited Warranty:

Frame Construction (1 Year Warranty)
• New Spec offers a limited 1 year warranty to the original buyer against defects in material or workmanship.
• Defects in workmanship and materials are defined, for the purpose of this warranty, as causing the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically, or substantially altering the appearance of the piece.
•This warranty applies only under the conditions or normal usage and does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence or normal wear. Motion Upholstery (1 Year Warranty)
• The reclining mechanism is warranted to be free from defects in design materials or workmanship.
• Caution: Children should not be allowed to play on or operate motion products. The leg rest of the recliner folds down on closing and could result in injury to a child. Always leave unoccupied chairs in closed upright position. Leather Warranty, Upholstered Fabric and Finishes (1 Year Warranty)

1. Leather will not tear under normal use.
2. The finish will not peel from the leather. The finish will not show excessive cracks other than normal wrinkles from stretching.
3. Natural markings such scars, brands, grain variation, wrinkle. etc., will be considered normal characteristics and not constructed as defects. Every hide has its own natural characteristics and no two are the same, so color variations may occur.
4. Leather warranty does not cover damage, fading, improper use, damage do to excessive heat, cold or exposure, or problems resulting from unapproved cleaning methods.
5. The limited warranties on leather or upholstered fabric and “Finishes and all Other Furniture Products” do not cover as: (a) damages resulting from excessive soiling, improper or unapproved cleaning methods, (b) fading or other damages resulting from exposure to sunlight, (c) damages resulting from household humidity, or (d) damages resulting from any liquid, including but not limited to alcohol and water.
