New Spec Furniture warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, that all hardwood and plywood frames will be free of defects in workmanship and frame structure material for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Under this warranty New Spec Furniture’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.
New Spec Furniture warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, that all upholstery fabrics and leather products material is for six (6) month from your date of purchase. This warranty is not valid for any damage or problems with fabric or leather where there is evidence of excessive soiling, improper cleaning, physical damage or abuse. This warranty also does not apply if there has been a protective coating treatment after the original shipment to the retailer. Leather exhibits natural characteristics such as nicks, scars, variations of shades and wrinkles. These markings are to be expected and are not considered to be defective. In addition, this warranty will not cover any damage to leather resulting from sun exposure – leather will fade. Stains of any kind will invalidate this warranty, including but not limited to grease, mud, beverage or food spills, stains caused by chemicals, cleaners or biological stains from either pets or humans. Pet hair will damage your furniture covering and will also invalidate this warranty. Under this warranty New Spec Furniture’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.
New Spec Furniture warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, that the manufactured components, other than those for which a different warranty period has been separately specified, will be free of defects in workmanship or structure of frame for one (1) year from your date of purchase.
Sleeper Mechanisms • Sleeper Sofabed
New Spec Furniture warrants the sleeper frame for one (1) year of residential use from date of purchase, to be free of defects in workmanship. This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by physical damage, improper use or normal wear and tear after the original sale. Under the warranty, New Spec Furniture’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.
New Spec Furniture warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, that all foam cushion products will be free of defects in workmanship for one (1) year from your date of purchase. This warranty is not valid for any damage or problems with the foam where there is evidence of physical damage or abuse. Furthermore, foam cushioning will soften with use. This is normal wear and tear and will not be considered a manufacturing defect. Under this warranty New Spec Furniture’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.
All hardware used in conjunction with New Spec Furniture products is replaceable under the duration of the warranty of the respective product category. Should any of our hardware be defective or become faulty while in use, New Spec Furniture’s will repair or replace aforesaid components with similar or better one.
ALL PRODUCTS
These Limited Warranties are only provided to the original retail purchaser and will remain in effect only until the expiration of the stated Limited Warranty period or until the product is no longer owned by the original purchaser, whichever occurs first. Repair or replacement of a part or product pursuant to these limited warranties will not extend the Limited Warranty periods. Only the defective part will be replaced, not the entire product. In the event of replacement, New Spec Furniture reserves the right to use the closest comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing piece. These Limited Warranties only apply to residential use and do not apply to any floor samples or merchandise purchased “as is” or second-hand. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care. Warranty is null and void if furniture has been moved from original point of delivery to consumer.
Motion furniture as recliners, sleeper sofa, motion sofa have many moving parts. Caution must be used in operation (opening, closing, etc.). Children should not be allowed to play on or operate motion furniture.
